The current user can not access to Lightning Server profile. Please use original user to re-connect.

To identify the network shared folder. Lightning Server has created a profile file named as 'LightningServer.dat' on the destination folder. Since this file was created by previous user and current user does not have permission to access this file, Lightning Server hence could not mount the this folder correctly.

Solutions:

  • Please use original user to re-connect to this folder.
  • Please use administrator user to re-connect to this folder.
  • Please access to the network shared folder on your computer and delete the hidden file named as LightningServer.dat.
