My device firmware is not up to date, how can I get updated?

Please connect it to your home network with wireless connection and make sure you have a stable Internet connection. Lightning device will check for the latest firmware then download it automatically when powered up or every 2 hours while it is running.

You will receive a notice in Lightning DS to proceed the firmware update after the download is finished. It is highly recommended to connect your Lightning device with a WiFi Internet connection while you use it so Lightning device can receive all necessary updates immediately after they are available.
