Use AirPlay virtual input

AirPlay virtual input channel is enabled by default so you should be able to connect to Lightning device as an AirPlay speaker from your iOS device automatically.

If you can not fine Lightning device on your iOS device, please go to Setting>Lightning Device, select the name of the device and find the AirPlay switch in Available Inputs section, try turn switch off and on again as below:
