Volume control

There are three ways to control ALTAIR's volume:

1. Move rotary clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust volume.
2. Use remote control VOL-/+ (or DOWN/UP) to adjust volume.
3. Adjust volume inside Lightning DS (for streamer mode only).
