Lightning DS shows that a track is playing, but there is no sound.

 

1. Check that the volume is set appropriately, and that the mute option is not selected.

2. Check that the correct output channel is selected for your device

* For G2 devices: Please make sure to power off all devices in your system before making changes to cabling. Failure to do so may result in permanent damage to the device and void any warranty.

ALWAYS POWER OFF ARIES G2 BEFORE CABLING!
